redrawing toolbar with alpha and background (likely bug #1069, ie. xcompmgr related) #832

When having the toolbar with alpha transparency and using background, the toolbar is not drawn properly when showing applications "on active desktop" and arranged to left or right. It can be well seen, when there is no application running and you change your background.

Also, it seems that the toolbar does not become transparent on fluxbox startup, however when the trasparency value is altered, the transparency is applied to the toolbar.

I can confirm this with v1.1.1 on openSUSE 11.1 x64. I use it in combination with xcompmgr (-c -o.5). When fluxbox is started it runs xcompmgr and everything works fine with transparency etc. but my shaped toolbar isn't shaped, then when i press "reconfigure" it sometimes (when its having a good mood) change into a shaped one but often with a grey background (like there is no alpha available).

Also when i change the size of the toolbar certain parts arent redrawn properly. I didnt have this trouble before v1.1.1 and i must say its quite annoying!
