Lowercase F and the right parenthesis aren't the only characters that clash with eachother. Several letters with retroflex and palatal hooks or letters with curls can also clash with one another as shown here

With thousands of glyphs in the font there are many potential clashes, but it would be impossible to kern every visually possible sequence. How likely is it that some of the combinations you illustrate would actually appear in real text?
