[hmd] Raise asp when it would collide with final at W position #57

The asp needs to be raised when it would collide with a final at W position. Note that [hmd] also expects asps and finals to be tucked/kerned with the consonants.

Will need to wait until after first release as it is very complex and could interact with other features.
