volt2ttf does not handle GSUB Type 8 Reverse Chaining lookups #11

volt2ttf has not been updated since Font::TTF gained support for the reverse chaining substitution lookup typically used by nastaliq font projects, and therefore volt2ttf is unable to compile such projects.
