README should not mention PySide (v1) anymore #10

QtPy 2 has moved to supporting PySide 2 and PySide 6 (which cannot be used with graide currently). So for using PySide, an older version would have to be installed explicitly. As the Qt 4 days are long gone, please remove PySide from the install commands in README so that it only recommends PySide 2.

Please also replace pyside2-rcc (which is dropped in current PySide2 versions) with rcc -g python.
