Update grcompiler bundling to build with CMake #7

Change the build system for the bundled grcompiler to CMake. This is valid for grcompiler 5.2.1, which has the complete copyright/license info of all built modules included in its plain text license/* info.

@n7s Just saw that you updated graide. Do you want to integrate this?

Thanks, we are still in the process of updating the whole app and its handling of the compiler dependency.
