Add graphite to oss-fuzz #7

Google is offering free fuzzing of widely-used open source projects with their OSS-Fuzz initiative. https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz

Given that graphite is widely used and fuzzing has previously proved successful at finding real bugs, I think it would make sense to take advantage of that offer and see what they find? :)

Pull request #1824 issued to oss-fuzz project. This contains the project/yaml and all other files required to build and run fuzzers.
