Add Noto Traditional Nushu as font for script Nshu #10

Closes #4

Adds Noto Traditional Nushu as the "Default Font" for Nshu per https://github.com/silnrsi/langfontfinder/issues/4#issuecomment-1675475448. Also adds it to the "Noto Sans" column because https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Traditional+Nushu/about says "Noto Traditional Nushu is an unmodulated (“sans serif”) design..."
