For Braille script (Brai), add font Noto Sans Symbols 2

Use [...] Noto Sans Symbols 2 for Braille letters, dingbats, arrows, and chess symbols.

I could add Catrinity in the "Other" column, but it seems unlikely to me that the default font should include the open dots (and possibly not have different 6- and 8- dot glyphs).

They both have the same character set (for the Braille block). As you say, it's odd to have the open cells, so just stick with the Noto font.
