manifest.json should be renamed fontmanifest.json to avoid confusion #73

The manifest.json file would be better named fontmanifest.json in order to make it clear that it's not a full manifest of what's in the zip (as most other 'manifests' are), but rather a special type of manifest that is unique to font packages.
