New type of SCGI(?) support #907

A new rtorrent\libtorrent version has been released where scgi_local\scgi_port 
options are deprecated. 

Is it possible to add a new type of SCGI(?) interface?

It's a rocket science for me? sorry.

As you know, rtorrent docs are not reflecting latest changes.
I've discovered the last rtorrent release from here 
http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/ can't recognize scgi_local\scgi_port options 
without this patch

Unfortunately, "-D" command line key support was added _after_ rtorrent

I can't figure out how to use XML-RPC without scgi_local\scgi_port options, 
which are deprecated.

Current version of rtorrent hasn't any type of 'new type of SCGI(?) interface'. 
Ask his author about proper configuration. ruTorrent hasn't relation to this.
