Problems with the installation process

Used clean Ubuntu 16.04.3 installation

• I made some fixes to the README. see #58
• sudo apachectl status fails as a basic server is not included. I tried install a few but in the end used sudo systemctl status apache2
• The apache2 server does not start. The log indicates mod_python cannot be used with mod_wsgl and should be removed. I didn't try in case mod_python is required elsewhere
• sudo apt-get build-dep python-imaging prints what looks like an error E: you must put some source URIs in your sources list
• The various placeholders in the AoD config file {BLAH} must ALL be changed to strings even if not needed. Suggest making them strings to start with '{BLAH}' and doing a run time check if required.

AoD still runs OK as the apache server is not required by default in a Development installation.

Also php5enmod isn't installed and doesn't seem to be available. I have php7 but there's not one for that either
