Displaying users pictures.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening SIFEUP
2. Friends
3. Select a person

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A nice picture in case that specific student has it available for everyone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2, more specifically the trunk version. Android 2.3.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
There doesn't seem to be support for this at all, I've written some code but I 
don't have the webservice url so the follow code will only display your own 
picture.
