Avionics Board Enters Boot Loop #357

The Avionics Board occasionally enters a boot loop.

Measurements of the power during this cycle show instability (very roughly from 1.5v to 3.3v)

Avionics log shows the event occurs after the MPU6050 initialization entry

Anomaly can occur one to many times

The problem is often resolved spontaneously

The problem occurs with both external power and with EPS I power

The problem has occurred whether the Payload Board has an SD card or not

The problem has occurred when the Radio Board is not attached to the FlatSat

Issue has not recurred. Assume power problem in earlier hardware configuration.
