Create LICENSE #16

This pull request just copies the license text that is already found in the repository in a LICENSE file at the root of the repository.

Advantages of doing so:

It's easier to find the license of the project at it's the convention.
It's automatically detected by Github that will clearly display the license of your project on the upper right of the project page, which makes it even more obvious and clear for everyone.
