Add a option to SETTINGS to let the frontmatter folded status be persistent, like a permanent (Outline: Fold).

When over the frontmatter this will open and permit editing the data included.

This will allow to use the frontmatter as a data container:

that could be used by template for displaing data in the same page with formatting and other operation
hide data that could be relevant only for reference by other page.

Folding as a persistent state not only for frontmatter but also for headers, and item lists would be great.

I kepp my start page quite long, with section on key elements of my space. Persistent folding it would let me keep it clean.
