Add a collapsible section for headers #509

I think it is a very interesting and useful feature, maybe you should evaluate the possibility of including it (or not).

By "collapsible section for headers", do you mean a header should be collapsible? If so I think it already exists under run command > fold

E.g. I tried folding SB changelog image

I still have to look into (optional) folding indicators, this is not very discoverable at the moment.
