I'm working on a WebDAV filesystem (HTTP++). I will use it for starters to 
determine if a wikiword 
is already defined (for my GoogleWikiParser).

I'm defining this as an issue, to communicate I'm working on this. This way, we 
don't waste time, 
writing the same thing. Any suggestions can be added to this issue.

I keep forgetting those labels.

I put the FS in utils/XML for starters, but we might move it to IO. (I have 
some idea's for keeping libraries small)
