Suppress "xxx method not defined" errors #110

I'm seeing "missing method" errors like the following. It's a bit weird since I seem to be able to seek.

I think this may be related to https://github.com/silvermine/videojs-chromecast/issues/103 which should be solved by https://github.com/silvermine/videojs-chromecast/pull/118
