Export format for blogs

We need a way for people to export the data from their blorg blogs in a format that can be imported into other blogging systems.

WordPress has the pseudo-standard WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) format that many blogging platforms seem to support. However, it is not well documented. That said, it's also not very complicated. It's basically a modified RSS feed.

I would recommend starting with a basic copy of our existing feed page (example) and modify it to become the WXR format.
