Add JW Player version check and revert to old pause API for version < 8 #292

Testing:

  1. Go to https://hippostage.silverorange.com/hippo-peds/work-gauthierm/www/account/boardreview/lecture/congenitalheart1
  2. Play a video
  3. Your web browser should not crash
  4. Switch to a different video
  5. It should play

I checked with Hippo and they do not want to upgrade JW Player.
