Track logging support #6

For fellow OSMers this feature will be very nice. It should be able to save
to GPX (timestamp and lat/lon are mandatory, other information might be
nice). When the application is closed the current recorded track should be
saved. 

Recording must work while device is in stanby (display off) - this might
need investigation, because it depends on Android framework.

Also if we can draw the current recorded track on the map it would be nice
(if not an icon should be enough).
