Linear regression on the benchmarks #29

Add a script to calculate linear regression lines for the following:

params vs circuit size
params vs compilation time
params vs zkey gen time

We should also graph the results and display in the readme

Notes:

params is likely to just be number of signatures, but there is also the anon set size (affecting layer 2) and parallelism number (affecting layer 3).
some of the relationships may not be linear
