When changing to desktop view the site was getting stuck in redirect loops. 

Suggested changes to make the fullsite=1 work a little simpler.

Doing a quick checkout of this patch with the latest master breaks several mobile unit tests for me. Can you confirm all the tests pass on your version?

sake dev/tests/module/mobile

21 tests run: 15 passes, 6 failures, and 0 incomplete Maximum memory usage: 90.3M

Yeah, it's working but not with the same rules as in the test. my bad. I'll rewrite it for the tests.
