No preview button available in the CMS #78

Is there supposed to be a preview newsletter in browser button in the newsletter edit view? It would be really useful for testing/developing templates, currently I have to send a test email to check how they look. Using SS 3.1.5. It looks like there is some code in the module to use the cms preview window but it's not working

I know this is an old issue but did you ever find a solution to this issue? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!
