Bugfix/embargo badge styles update #113

This PR offers a temporary solution to the issue Add CMS badges for Embargo & Expiry status #26

If an embargo is applied to a page that has a long page name then the embargo badge sits on top but currently does not have a background colour like the other badges

This branch adds a background colour to prevent the badge text from overlapping the page name.

NOTE This needs to be merged into 1 not master
