MISC: Update permission name. Add test coverage to EmbargoExpiryGridFieldItemRequestExtension #47

Can't have CMS_ACCESS_ in the permission name as it gets grouped with other CMS_ACCESS_ permissions - having one returns true for any.

Added test coverage for EmbargoExpiryGridFieldItemRequestExtension.
