Define strategy for fluent to work with our React and Form Schema components

Context

Following work on LinkField, we've concluded that getting Fluent to interact with React UI and Form Schema is difficulty.

Story

As a developer building a Silverstripe CMS with the Fluent Module, I want all UI features to be translatable so I can deliver an optimal experience for my content authors.

Acceptance criteria

Possible follow up card

• Make LinkField work perfectly with Fluent.
• Make Files translatable with Fluent.
