Bump bambusa to 4.7.0 #114

This includes changes to have bambusa run against Silverstripe CMS 4.7.0 and some tweaks to have the privacy modal keep working with the latest version of login-forms

Composer 2 was complaining about the fork for silverstripe-betternavigator. The fork originated from https://github.com/silverstripe/bambusa-installer/pull/5 which led to a PR against the original module which has since been merged.

So I just removed the fork and installed the original module. Tested locally and it looks to be working fine.

@unclecheese I'm removing your unclecheese/silverstripe-betternavigator fork from bambusa, so you can probably blast the fork once this is merged ... unless it's use elsewhere.
