Replace wkhtmltopdf with headless chrome #32

wkhtmltopdf's code repository is now archived and no longer reviving updates. We've had numerous rendering issues, as well as stability issues with using this software.

The software maintainer himself is recommending using browsers to render PDFs, mentioned here: https://wkhtmltopdf.org/status.html

Chrome and Firefox both have headless PDF rendering options, which will lead to much more stable outputs.

This isn't something that can be reasonably done in a patch release, so we won't be doing this for the CMS 4 compatible version of this module. This module isn't supported for CMS 5 compatibility - but as per https://docs.silverstripe.org/en/5/changelogs/5.0.0/#modules-not-supported-going-forward if you'd like to help maintain this module you can email us (email address is on the linked page).
