Recently, the SilverStripe 4.0 / 4.1 branches were removed due to end of support. This means that the Travis config in many of our modules is now invalid, as the dev branches of these minor versions can no longer be installed.

We need to do a full sweep of our modules and:

Remove SS 4.0/4.1 builds
Add SS 4.3/4.4/4.x builds if missing

I don't think this is relevant anymore (since all the work and retargeting within recipes in https://github.com/silverstripe/cwp-recipe-kitchen-sink/issues/46). Closing.
