API Include silverstripe/subsites #64

Include silverstripe/subsites as it is no longer included in cwp/cwp-installer

Good catch. Some test-related files were removed in: https://github.com/silverstripe/cwp-installer/pull/34/files do we need to add those here?

@brynwhyman testsuite for subsites is already included https://github.com/silverstripe/cwp-recipe-kitchen-sink/blob/2/phpunit.xml.dist#L40
