RIght now the docs are a bit ambiguous about the proxy, as we say external requests must go through the proxy, but then go into a deep dive about disabling the proxy without outlining when you'd want to do this.
Also added a basic troubleshooting section and some info to help us lowly service-desk folks out for submitting proxy issues.
