Also removes the info around customising stream_create_context as this won't be relevant moving forward.

Oh, d'oh sorry! I just edited it online, I didn't realise that GitHub created the branch on the origin if I have access to it, I thought it would always create a PR. My bad, thanks for merging and deleting!

Yeah it's an annoyingly lacking feature that you can't edit directly into a fork
