FIX Permissions to create Quicklinks are now resolved to the parent page edit permissions #224

This allows users who cannot create pages to still be able to edit the quicklinks on existing pages, i.e. its content.

@ScopeyNZ has a patch release been tagged for this fix?

Amazingly - yes. It was included in the CWP 2.3.2 hotfix that I just compiled (by chance). Normally you would've had to wait until the next quarterly cycle (September)
