Update CWP docs to reference lack of subsites in installer #272

The following PR removes subsites from the installer recipe and makes the functionality opt-in (which is usually the case anyway): https://github.com/silverstripe/cwp-installer/pull/34

Creating this issue to:

[x] sweep through the CWP developer docs to ensure there are no references to subsites coming with the CWP installer.
[x] include a note in the CWP changelog on it being removed from the default installer, and why. See parent issue for why it was removed.
