    - silverstripe/recipe-core 4.11.x-dev requires silverstripe/config 1.4.x-dev -> satisfiable by silverstripe/config[1.4.x-dev] from composer repo (https://repo.packagist.org/) but silverstripe/config is the root package and cannot be modified.
