@emteknetnz This was generated using the hardcoded.php script per release instructions - but it's missing at least one repo that's in the 4.11 array. Is that correct or do we need to do something about that?

Steve has said to update the hardcoded.php script - which I assume means it should include all of the modules from previous versions. A separate PR will be created to do this.
