include simple theme #15

This adds the simple theme to the recipe - I'd expect that someone looking to start off a SilverStripe project would like a basic theme to run with.

Open to the conversation about whether the simple theme (or any theme at all) is appropriate 😄

Hmm, fair point. Do you think then that something like a plug-and-play recipe would be of use? Should there be a "starter-pack"? I think a lot of new devs in particular would appreciate the ability to do

composer create-project silverstripe/recipe-ez-bake

and have a site, even with a theme as basic as the simple theme - particularly if it came with some CMS-manageable basic changes like colour schemes etc.

What @dhensby said. silverstripe-themes/simple is not required for recipe-cms to work and adding it as a requirement will force anyone using recipe-cms to install the simple theme.

@andrewandante Maybe raise an issue if you feel there's something that needs to be address with our installation process or that we need a "starter-pack" and we can have a chat about it.

I'll close this for now.

I'll be honest, I thought we were ditching installer in favour of recipes, which is why I raised it 😅
