DOCS Change "SilverStripe" to "Silverstripe" in readme #53

There was a relatively recent branding change from "SilverStripe" to "Silverstripe". This PR makes that change in the readme.

Note that the repository's description also still uses the old "SilverStripe" capitalisation. image
