Fixes behat CI run where both behat jobs are reliably failing "tests/behat/features/manage-files.feature:150"
The string "1 folders/files were successfully unpublished" was not found in the HTML of the element matching css ".toast--success".
The screenshot in the artefact sometimes shows the toast, so the functionality it working, but behat is impatient.
