Add "Duplicate" option to CMS "More Actions" menu #2452

The contextual menu gives you the option to duplicate a page.

The "More actions" menu doesn't.

This might be a duplicate or maybe we have it just for just blocks. Blocks duplicate is here which should use the same pattern https://github.com/dnadesign/silverstripe-elemental/issues/562

It'd be also useful to add this in ModelAdmins action menu by default and maybe add a Gridfield Button for duplicating.
