Content: Add help notes to Query Builder and CMS #157

Content: Add help notes for Query Builder and CMS deleting document sets.

Query Builder: Yellow alert -

  1. What it is
  2. How to use it
  3. 1-2 sentences for explaining that it is not dynamic

Next to 'Document has tags' field add a help note that explains where these will be added (through Taxonomies)

CMS alert/note? for when the user is deleting a set/sets - 'The documents will remain on the system'
