update gridfieldextensions vendor and version #210

This is to make sure that older DMS installations work with current versions of other modules that also require gridfieldextensions

@xini the 1 branch is for new features (that won't necessarily be released quickly). If you need this tagged urgently can you please switch it to the appropriate patch branch, e.g. 1.3 or 1.4?

Thanks. The 5.3 test failures are expected, I've removed them from the Travis matrix in the 1.4 branch now.

1.4.2 released. If possible I recommend you update to using 2.0+ when you can =)

I usually do, but for my current client the DocumentSets are too much of an overhead...
