Trying to make it a bit easier to know what this module gives you out of the box. Let me know if there's more the readme could say.

Travis failure is due to out of date travis file e.g. php 5.6 no longer compatible with silverstripe/installer 4.x-dev

This pull request will fix - https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-elemental-fileblock/pull/14 - note the red build on the PR is related to codecov, not travis. Recommend someone merge the travis PR first, then rerun travis tests on this silverstripe-elemental-fileblock PR to get it green then merge

As this is purely a docs change and we are working on getting builds green, I'm happy to merge this as-is
