Add behavioural and unit tests for new ElementalEditor features #6

The recent work on ElementalEditor that provides a React application to create and modify blocks inline introduced a variety of features and changes to the UI.

We currently do not have any corresponding Jest or Behat tests to assure these changes work smoothly for FileBlocks yet.
