Styling of file/banner block uploadfield #483

Split from #388

The styling for the uploadfield used in silverstripe-elemental-fileblock and silverstripe-elemental-banner-block could be improved so that even at a reduced width the uploadfield__droptext stays on one line.

Currently looks like: image

This is no longer an issue since #487 - the field cannot be made narrow enough to trigger a line-wrap.
