Tag 4.0 #551

Two questions on this (cc @ScopeyNZ)

  1. We didn't release a beta2 with the CWP 2.2 recipe. I assume that means we've locked the recipe against beta1?
  2. Are we ready to release 4.0 as stable now? I guess #548 is the remaining issue before we can?

I think we need to make this a "release recipe-content-blocks 2.2.0 stable" which would include this as 4.0.0 but also silverstripe/elemental-fileblock and silverstripe/elemental-bannerblock as 2.0.0 stable.

For reference, I've just manually tagged recipe-content-blocks as 2.1.0 stable which includes 4.0.0-beta1 and 2.0.0-beta1 respectively for the modules above.

A follow up release should stabilise those modules and be released as a new minor recipe release version.

Thanks @robbieaverill . I've released a new 2.2.0@stable with all the modules tagged.
