Check for correct XHTML doctype in xhtml().
ContentNegotiator::xhtml: Search for more xhtml replacement. See
Allow for all valid HTML4+ doctypes (e.g. Transitional) in html()
Make content replacement and doctype setting two separately configurable behaviours
