Set all Dutch translations to informal 'Je' instead of 'U' #11051

The dutch language file uses a inconsistent mix of formal ('U') and informal ('Je') salutations. In this change, all 'U' words are set to the informal version 'Je'.

Please update these in transifex instead, as outlined in our contributing translations documentation

Hi Guy, thanks for your reply! If I login to Transifex I can only edit that language if I am on the 'Dutch Team' which I am not. There are many inconsistent translations. I have tried editing via Transifex before, but never with success. Not sure who is actually on this Dutch team. But somebody please correct these. Or add me to the team? Regards, Remy
